The Northern end of US-41 NORTH ended in a cul-de-sac to turn atound..

We drove around the sign and now we were starting US-41 South.

We stopped at a little road side rest overlooking Lake Superior.

Connecting the cities of Hancock and Houghton the Portage Lake Lift Bridge is the only land-based link between the north and south sections of the Keweenaw Peninsula.
