This is a map of our 2.5mi walk from the Train Station to the Dali Theatre & Museum.

At the station we found no directions to the Dali Theatre & Museum, just a park.
How to get from the Train Station to the Dali Theatre & Museum.

- The Google map I had captured did not have enough detail to follow.
With no WiFi we could open Google Maps for help.
- Back into the station and look for a map. We found one but the was no route shown.
- Over to the ticket counter we ask but the agent was not able to help and she left.
- When she came back she had the Station Master with her.
- He started to explain how to proceed but then decided to take us outside.
- Here he pointed to the medalion in the sidewalk and said just follow these.
- Then he pinterd the direction to where we would find the next medalion.
- We quickly learned that there were 2 medalions ahead of each turn or cross walk
and 2 more after the change.
- Following these we easily found our way and in about 15min we were there.

- Following these back to the station was not as easy and we made two mistakes.

Medalion in the sidewalk that saved the day, or taxie.

We left the park after locating the next two madalions on the park right side.

Going down the street the madalions indicated that we should cross this street

Many nice parks and we even passed through a Farmers Market

We found the Dali Theatre & Museum.
We had missed our entry time so we had to wait 45min for the next entry time.

Just outside of the Dali Museum we found the Dalicatessen and got some gelato.

After leaving the museum we stopped at the Dalicatessen again for a great dinner.

As we enter the Dali Museum we are in a courtyard where Dali has created a monument to his late wife.

The painting "Lincoln in Dalivision" was created based on the Dali painting "Gala Contemplating the Mediterranean Sea".
At a distance of 20 meters it transforms into the portrait of Abraham Lincoln.
This tranformation is much greater than my photos show here and it is quite striking when see through your eyes.

Dali had a room created so that if viewed thru the ring under the camel the room would appear as the origional painting.
The steps up to the camel and the ring were closed so I took this photo from just in front and a high as I could reach.
When the photo is taken thru the ring it matches the painting.
