This is our 2nd visit Cadiz. To view our visit of 12-Apr-2022 click here.


Since this is Easter Sunday I expected that there would be a processional sometime during the day. We went to the Cathedral FIRST. There we found that the service had not been completed but no one could tell us when it would occure.

9-Apr-2023 / Teatro Romano de Cadiz
It was only 10:00am so we decided that since we had just seen the sign for the to see the the Teatro Romano we decided to go there next.


The waterfront entrance was closed but they did provide a map to the entry.




After going around thru several streets we found the Museum for the Teatro Romano (Roman Theater).

9-Apr-2023 / Cathedral de "Santa Cruz - Easter Processional

The Easter Float starting the Easter Processional at the Cathedral de "Santa Cruz.


From the Cathedral the Procession proceeded to the Plaza de las Flores.


Float entering the Plaza de las Flores	It appears that the float is carried by 4 people, But really it is around 20 to 30 people.
