15-Jul-2024 / Take the Port Angeles Ferry to Victoria Island, (3) then the Bus to Butchart Gardens
As the Bus turned into the "Butchart Gardens" we saw this sign.	"The Butchart Gardens" welcome sign, seen after walking to the gate.





In 1909, when the limestone quarry was exhausted, Jennie Butchart set about turning it into the Sunken Garden, which was completed in 1921.




Leaving the Sunken Garden we continued along the trail thru a wooded area.
