This is an unusual Bookshop.

This Bookshop is here to assist in the tracing of your family history in Laois and Offaly, Ireland.

Peaches came here to learn more about her Irish Family History.  Here she met with the staff and they assisted her to find pieces of her Family History that she did not previusly know.  The staff got right on the job and showed her how to find the information that she was looking for.  They used their expirence and accessed thru several web sites to get her additional information.   When they were done they had shown her more new family history and found two books, that they had in stock, that contained information for her to bring home to study.
Peaches purchased both books, Remembering the Past (A history of the Killoughey Church and Cementery)by Breda Condron" and Rathrobin and the two Irelands. (The photographs of Middleton Biddulph 1900-1920) by Michael Bryne"

The History Bookshop is located on the south side of the Grand Canal
