A Shuttle Bus took us from the dock to "Le Caudonn Waterfront".

From the "Le Caudonn WaterfrontLe Caudonn Waterfront" we walked into Downtown Port Louis.
|
We quickly learned that a large percentage of the traffic was motor cycles.
|
Downtown ia a mixture of very old, remodeled, and newer buildings.
|
|
|
|
We Quickly located our 1st goal, the Central Market. It was packed into an old building where it was impossible to get any photos. .

Our next goal was the St. Louis Cathedral..

With the outside temperature setting at above 89 deg we decided to forget the remainder of the sites that we wanted to view and we headed back to the shuttle Bus location.

Across the street from the National Historic Museum we passed thru the Les Jardins De La Compagnie park.
